Arrival of the new media age, especially with the popularity of computers and smart phones to intelligent elec-tronic products on behalf of our lives has had a great impact. This paper will analyze in depth the popularity of these new me-dia favorable and unfavorable effects on universities to promote the work of political theory, and put forward some feasible suggestions to the underlying reasons for these effects in promoting political theory to carry out educational work.
