学生评教作为高校教学质量监控和评价的重要手段,在我国高校普遍使用。但由于学生主体的认知和感受、教师背景及课程设置等因素的不确定,造成了评教结果存在一定局限性,从而引起了一定的质疑。本文通过对教师背景因素对学生评教的影响分析,目的在于对控制影响因素,优化评教体系,改进学生评教工作提出可行性建议。

Students' evaluation of teaching quality as an important means of monitoring and evaluation is commonly used in our colleges and universities. However, due to the cognitive and feelings of uncertainty, teachers and curriculum back-ground factors such as the student body, there are certain limitations caused teaching evaluation results, causing a certain am-ount of questioning. Through the influence of contextual factors on students' evaluation, put forward feasible suggestions aimed at controlling factors, optimizing teaching evaluation system to improve teaching evaluation work.
