文章针对技工院校传统教学方法学习效果不佳提出了“校企双制,工学一体”一体化课程改革,阐述了一体化课程含义,列举了一体化师资分类及其能力要求,提出了一体化师资队伍建设的若干措施:制定《新教师手册》以方便教师快速了解相关信息,企业师傅带教师助力教师成长,教师“沉”到企业一线锻炼,开展专题研习班,同行互助,以赛促教、以老带新,搭建交流平台和要求教师考证。
