目的:从肝组织炎性因子含量探讨低强度有氧耐力运动对吸烟机体肝脏的影响作用。方法:将48只健康雄性成年SD大鼠按体重分层随机分为对照组(C)、吸烟组(S)、运动组(E)、运动吸烟组(ES),S、ES组被动吸烟,E、ES组进行9周有氧耐力运动,检测大鼠肝组织IL-1、IL-6、TNF-含量,并进行2×2析因方差分析。结果:IL-1的含量S组显著高于C组(P<0.05)、ES组显著高于C和E组(P<0.05),IL-6的含量E和ES组略高、S组略低于C组(P>0.05),TNF-的含量E组和ES组显著地高于C和S组(P<0.05~0.01)。析因方差分析显示,吸烟因素对IL-1含量升高(P<0.05),运动因素对肝组织TNF-含量升高作用明显(P<0.01)。结论:香烟烟雾促使肝组织IL-1增高与IL-6含量偏低,可能有炎症发生与脂质代谢减低,低强度有氧耐力运动对肝脏有保健作用,对抗吸烟于肝脏的不利作用。

목적:종간조직염성인자함량탐토저강도유양내력운동대흡연궤체간장적영향작용。방법:장48지건강웅성성년SD대서안체중분층수궤분위대조조(C)、흡연조(S)、운동조(E)、운동흡연조(ES),S、ES조피동흡연,E、ES조진행9주유양내력운동,검측대서간조직IL-1、IL-6、TNF-함량,병진행2×2석인방차분석。결과:IL-1적함량S조현저고우C조(P<0.05)、ES조현저고우C화E조(P<0.05),IL-6적함량E화ES조략고、S조략저우C조(P>0.05),TNF-적함량E조화ES조현저지고우C화S조(P<0.05~0.01)。석인방차분석현시,흡연인소대IL-1함량승고(P<0.05),운동인소대간조직TNF-함량승고작용명현(P<0.01)。결론:향연연무촉사간조직IL-1증고여IL-6함량편저,가능유염증발생여지질대사감저,저강도유양내력운동대간장유보건작용,대항흡연우간장적불리작용。
Objective:To investigate the influence of low-intensity aerobic exercise on smoking body inflammatory liver from hepatic tissue factor content. Methods:48 healthy adult male SD rats were randomly divided into two groups stratified (C), smokers (S), the exercise group (E), sports smoking group (ES), S, ES group of passive smoking, E, ES group nine weeks of aerobic endurance exercise, to detect IL-1, IL-6, TNF- content in liver tissue, and 2 × 2 factorial analysis of variance. Re-sults:IL-1 content in S group was significantly higher than in group C (P<0.05), ES group was significantly higher than the C and E groups (P<0.05), slightly higher content of E and ES group, S group, IL-6 is slightly lower than in group C (P>0.05), TNF- levels in group E and ES group was significantly higher than the C and S group (P<0.05~0.01). Factorial analysis of variance showed that smoking factors on IL-1 levels increased (P<0.05), the movement of factors of hepatic tis-sue TNF- levels increased significantly effect (P<0.01). Conclusion:Cigarette smoke prompted liver tissue with low IL-1 increased IL-6 content, there may reduce inflammation and lipid metabolism, low-intensity aerobic exercise on liver health effects against the adverse effects of smoking on the liver.
