近年来，中医药院校研究生规模不断扩大，研究生学位论文的质量有了显著变化。研究生学位论文除传统中医药理论及临床研究外，研究领域不断拓展。以X大学为例，研究生论文不再局限于中医药领域，广泛涉及中医学、中药学、药学、临床医学、护理学、文献学、化学及管理学等相关专业。X大学2014年度学位论文评阅工作聘请了省外多个院校相关专业的评审专家，论文评阅工作中遇到了评审周期长、管理成本高、出现问题解决效率低等困难。因此，设计一套满足研究生学位论文评审需要、简便易行、安全性较高的学位论文网络评审系统可以很好地解决上述问题。①

In recent years, with the expanding of the proportion of graduated students in TCM colleges and universities, the quality of the dissertations has been significantly changed, and scope of the study has been expanded. Take X University as an example, the scope of the study does not be limited to a particular area, widely involved in traditional Chinese medicine, traditional Chinese medicinal herbs, clinical medicine, nursing, literature, chemistry, management and some other related professional. X University invited many professors of other TCM colleges and universities to complete the dissertation re-view in 2014, during this period, there were many problems, such as long review cycle, high management costs, and ineffi-ciency and so on. In order to solve those problems, we need to design an easy to use and high security system to meet the need of the dissertation review.
