安防应急是近年来迅速发展的一个新兴产业，对工程技术人才需求的缺口大，向安防企业输送合格的多媒体安防方向的工程技术人才是从事相关人才培养和科学研究机构一项重要的使命。本文结合武汉大学国家多媒体软件工程技术研究中心的高级工程技术人才培养实践，探讨满足企业需求的工程技术人才的多层次培养模式和有效举措。

Surveillance and security protection industry is an emerging one, which has developed rapidly in recent years. There is a large gap for demands for engineering talents in this industry. It is an important mission to deliver qualified talents majoring in multimedia security to security companies for the institutions engaged in personnel training and scientific re-search. On the basis of the senior engineering and technical personnel training practices in National Multimedia Software En-gineering Research Center at Wuhan University, this paper explores multi-level training schemes and effective measures as well, which are capable to meet talent needs of enterprises.
