大学生日益严峻的就业压力给高校职业价值观教育带来了巨大挑战，“就业难与招聘难”的矛盾日益凸显，促成了大学生就业的两难悖论。对大学生进行系统科学的职业价值观教育，帮助他们正确认识自我、客观理性分析用人单位便成为了解决大学生就业难的一项重要工作。文章通过研究背景、研究现状对大学生职业价值观的特点进行分析，并结合社会、高校及学生特点提出高校大学生职业价值观教育的途径。
