目的探讨推拿结合牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将120例腰椎间盘突出症患者分为治疗组和对照组各60例，分别采用牵引治疗和推拿结合牵引治疗，观察2组临床疗效。结果2组治疗后VAS评分及ODI指数和治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.01），且治疗组VAS评分及ODI指数下降更加明显（P<0.01）。治疗组治愈32例（53.3%，32/60），总有效率98.3%（59/60），对照组治愈率及总有效率明显低于治疗组（P<0.01）。结论牵引配合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症，疗效显著。

목적탐토추나결합견인치료요추간반돌출증적림상료효。방법장120례요추간반돌출증환자분위치료조화대조조각60례，분별채용견인치료화추나결합견인치료，관찰2조림상료효。결과2조치료후VAS평분급ODI지수화치료전비교차이균유통계학의의（P<0.01），차치료조VAS평분급ODI지수하강경가명현（P<0.01）。치료조치유32례（53.3%，32/60），총유효솔98.3%（59/60），대조조치유솔급총유효솔명현저우치료조（P<0.01）。결론견인배합추나치료요추간반돌출증，료효현저。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of traction combined with massage for treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods 120 cases of lumbar disc herniation were divided into treatment group and control group with 60 cases respectively,were treated by traction and traction combined with massage,the clinical curative effect of the two groups was observed. Results Both VAS pain score and ODI index of two groups were declined after treatment,and compared with before treatment,there were significant differences (P<0.01),but the fall was more obvious in observation group (P<0.01). 32 cases in the treatment group were cured (53.3%,32/60)with the total efficiency of 98.3% (59/60),the control group cure rate and total efficiency was significantly lower than the treatment group (P<0.01).Conclusion Combined traction with massage for treatment of lumbar disc herniation, patient's symptoms improved significantly with significant effect.
