Electric vehicle as a new kind of transportation vehicle has broad application prospects in our country. the development of electric vehicles at home and abroad is introduced in the paper,and establish different kinds of mathematical model of dispatching strategy,including Annealing algorithm and genetic algorithm. The paper provide the gist for the coordinated charging in the future, and predict the tendency of electric vehicle.
