研究具有高G值的超高阻尼隔震橡胶支座( SHDR)水平性能竖向压力相关性的影响因素。采用反复加载的试验方法,测试了SHDR在不同竖向压应力下的不同力学性能指标,包括等效刚度、等效阻尼比、屈服前刚度、屈服强度及单圈滞回环面积等。在研究测试中,适时改变了试验的外在及内在条件,包括水平加载频率、加载顺序、剪应变、温度及不同内部橡胶G值,以研究其对相关性的影响。研究表明:水平加载频率、剪应变及内部橡胶G值对其相关性影响很小,但竖向压应力的加载顺序、温度对其有一定程度的影响。给出了在普通试验条件下的一些SHDR参数指标的压力相关性的拟合经验公式。

The intention of this paper is to investigate some affecting factors on the vertical pressure dependency of the horizontal property of SHDR with high G value .The cyclic loading method was adopted , a series of tests were performed .Different mechanical properties of SHDR were tested under different vertical pressures , which include equivalent stiffness , equivalent damping ratio , post-yielded stiffness , the yield strength and area of sin-gle hysteresis loop .In those tests, different external and internal factors effect were researched , such as fre-quencies of loading , shear strain , sequence of loading , temperatures and G values of inner rubber .Test results show that the effect of frequency of loading , shear strain and G value of inner rubber are very little , but there is a little effect of sequence of loading and temperature on the vertical pressure dependency of SHDR with high G value.Some fitted formulas are given under the general test condition .
