H2 O2是一种强氧化剂,能够通过各种等离子体源有效生成.文章主要讨论3种不同等离子体源作用下的H2 O2生成:AC针-生理盐水电极空气等离子体、He/H2 O射流等离子体和Ar/H2 O射流等离子体.生理盐水由于其在生物医学上的广泛应用而作为文章中等离子体处理的试样.文章对不同等离子体源作用下,生理盐水中生成的H2 O2浓度、生成率和能量利用率进行了比较研究.研究表明:He/H2 O射流等离子体在Fmoist =200 sc-cm时能够最为有效地生成H2 O2,暗示出其可以作为最合适的等离子体源在液体中有效生成H2 O2.

H2 O2 is one of the most powerful oxidizers and can be effectively generated by various plasma sources.In this paper, three plasma sources are considered to produce hydrogen peroxide , namely an AC nee-dle-saline air plasma , an He/H2 O jet plasma and an Ar/H2 O jet plasma , all excited at 20 kHz.Saline solution is employed as the treated sample because it is widely used in biological and medical applications .Hydrogen peroxide concentration , the H2 O2 production rate and the energy efficiency under different plasma conditions are investigated and compared in detail .The highest energy efficiency of H 2 O2 production is achieved with the He/H2 O jet plasma at Fmoist=200 sccm, suggesting that the He/H2 O jet plasma used in our work is one of the ap-propriate plasma sources to produce hydrogen peroxide in liquid .
