为有助于科学合理开展优良无核葡萄品种的选育工作,本文对《中国葡萄志》及《葡萄新品种汇编》等记载的68个无核葡萄品种果穗和果粒的平均质量、果皮颜色、厚度、果肉质地、果实可溶性固形物和可滴定酸含量等重要品质性状进行了统计分析。结果表明,无核葡萄品种在果穗和果粒的平均质量、平均可溶性固形物和可滴定酸含量等方面均存在丰富的遗传多样性,变异系数在14.30%~70.15%,其中可溶性固形物变异系数最小。果皮薄和较薄的品种占统计品种的56.1%;果皮颜色白色品种最多,其次是红色品种、黑色品种;果肉质地较脆、脆、脆硬或硬脆的品种较多,占统计品种的76.6%。建议育种工作者结合育种规律和市场需要,合理制定无核葡萄育种目标,进行优良品种的选育。

In order to scientifically carry out the work of selection and breeding excellent seedless grape varietiy, the statistical analysis of quality characters data on 68 seedless grape varieties which were recorded in Chinese Vinegrape and Corpus of New Grape Varieties was carried out, which included average weight of fruit cluster and berry, pericarp color and thickness, fruit texture, soluble solid content and titratable acidity of berry, et al. The results demonstrated that the average weight of fruit cluster and berry, fruit soluble solids and titratable acid content existed abundant genetic diversity, the variation coefficient was 14.30%~70.15%, coefficient of variation in the soluble solids content is minimal. In all statistics varieties, the varieties accounted for 56.1%, pericarp of which was thin or thinner;varieties with white color were most, followed by red varieties, black varieties were less;the varieties accounted for 76.6%, fruit texture of which was crisp, crisper or crisp and hard. Grape breeding worker should combine the breeding rule and market needs, establish the breeding goal reasonably and select improved varieties.
