创新性应用型人才培养是我国高等教育发展的必然选择。以合肥学院为例，通过分析我国应用型人才培养中存在的问题，提出以产学研协同创新合作为基础，探索建立了应用型人才培养的产学研协同运行模式、产学研协同平台建设模式、产学研协同实践教学模式。实践证明，合肥学院在应用型人才创新能力培养方面，取得了明显效果。

Innovative and applied talents training is the inevitable choice for China ’ s higher education .Analysis the problems in the training of applied talents , Hefei university , for example ,explores a operation mode ,the construction mode of platform ,and practice teaching mode of cultivating application talents based on industry‐university‐research collaboration .It is show n that remarkable results have been achieved in view of the cultivation of the creative ability for students .
