利用高频电磁仿真软件 H FSS 13对加载圆柱形负载的高功率矩形微波反应器进行建模仿真,计算馈口夹角及距离、负载材料、尺寸及位置对微波反应器加热效率的影响,获得各设计参数与反射功率之间的关系,分析得出优化高功率矩形微波反应器加热效率的普适结论.基于优化结论,选取各优化参数重新进行建模仿真.仿真结果显示,加热负载为粉煤灰和玻璃时微波吸收效率最高分别可达98.5%和95.3%.

The high power rectangular microwave reactor with cylindrical loads is modeled and simulated by using the high frequency electromagnetic simulation software HFSS 13.From the simulation,the influence to heating efficiency by feed'angels and distance,loads'materials,size, and location is computed.By analyzing the relation between design parameters and power reflec-tion,the general results for optimizing rectangular microwave reactor with cylindrical loads are obtained in this paper. As a validation, the microwave reactors with optimal parameters are modeled and simulated again.Computing results showed that the power absorption efficiency can reach up to 98.5% and 95.3% when the loads were fly ash and glass respectively.
