目的：探讨单孔双视免气腹腔镜在阑尾切除术中的应用价值。方法将我院2012年1月－2014年6月收治的96例急性阑尾炎患者随机分为两组各48例，对照组采用传统方法开腹阑尾切除术，观察组采用单孔双视免气腹腔镜阑尾切除术。结果观察组的手术时间、术后肛门排气时间、住院时间明显短于对照组，观察组术中出血量明显少于对照组，组间差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）；观察组切口感染率低于对照组，组间差异无统计学意义。结论单孔双视免气腹腔镜阑尾切除术创伤小、恢复快，安全可靠，住院时间短，值得临床关注。
목적：탐토단공쌍시면기복강경재란미절제술중적응용개치。방법장아원2012년1월－2014년6월수치적96례급성란미염환자수궤분위량조각48례，대조조채용전통방법개복란미절제술，관찰조채용단공쌍시면기복강경란미절제술。결과관찰조적수술시간、술후항문배기시간、주원시간명현단우대조조，관찰조술중출혈량명현소우대조조，조간차이유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）；관찰조절구감염솔저우대조조，조간차이무통계학의의。결론단공쌍시면기복강경란미절제술창상소、회복쾌，안전가고，주원시간단，치득림상관주。
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy for an hole double-vision pneumoperitoneuma laparoscopic and open appendectomy.Methods From Jan.2012 to Jun.2014 in our hospital,96 cases with appendicitis were randomly divided into two groups of 48 cases.Control group were treated with open appendectomy, observation group were treated with one hole double-vision pneumoperitoneuma laparoscopic appendectomy.Result The operation time,the time passing fluts after operation and hospitalization time observation group were significance than those of control group (all P <0.05).The wound infection rate of observation group was lower than control group,the difference was not statically significant between two groups. Conclusion One hole double-vision pneumoperitoneuma laparoscopic appendectomy is an effective method for appendicitis with little trauma,quicker recovery, shorter huospital stay,so it is worthy of concern.
