学生综合素质评价是一个综合的、多准则的、多因素的复杂问题,不同的专业因学科特征和培养目标的差异而有不同的评价形式与内容。本文利用层次分析法和熵技术相结合,构建出包括思想道德素质、知识学习、创新素质、人文素质和身心素质等5个准则层因子和17个约束层因子的高校地学专业学生综合素质评价模型。通过科学系统的评价,得到了相对准确的评价结果,学科成绩、野外考察和科研创新等因素在学生综合素质评价中扮演着越来越重要的角色。

The evaluation of the students’ overall quality is a comprehensive ,multiple criteria ,multi -factor and complex problem .The different subject has different evaluation form and content because of the differences in subject characteristics and training objectives .Using en‐tropy technology and AHP ,the research constructs the model of evaluation of the geography students'overall quality including 4 criterion level factors and 17 constrained layer factors such as ideological and moral qualities ,learning knowledge ,quality of innovation ,human qualities , physical and mental qualities etc ..Through scientific evaluation system ,it obtains a relatively accurate evaluation results .Many factors play more and more importance role on the evaluation of the students'overall quality such as academic performance ,field trips ,research and innova‐tion etc .
