以550 kV三相GIS母线为例,利用ANSYS有限元仿真软件建立母线实体模型,在电磁学、导热学的基础上对模型进行电磁场、温度场分析和仿真。仿真结果表明,550 kV三相GIS母线在工频电压下的电流密度具有明显的集肤效应,温度分布与电流密度分布一致,在此基础上对母线的外壳厚度及截面积进行了优化设计。
以550 kV三相GIS母線為例,利用ANSYS有限元倣真軟件建立母線實體模型,在電磁學、導熱學的基礎上對模型進行電磁場、溫度場分析和倣真。倣真結果錶明,550 kV三相GIS母線在工頻電壓下的電流密度具有明顯的集膚效應,溫度分佈與電流密度分佈一緻,在此基礎上對母線的外殼厚度及截麵積進行瞭優化設計。

A bus solid model was established by ANSYS finite element simulation software using the 550kV three-phase GIS bus as an example, electromagnetic field and temperature field analyzed and simulation test made on the principles of electromagnetics and heat transfer. The simulation results show obvious skin effect on the current density of the 550 kV three-phase GIS bus under power frequency voltage and the identical distribution of temperature and current density. Optimized design of the shell thickness and cross-sectional shape of the bus is achieved.
