为全面客观地评估军用飞机保障效能,基于武器系统效能ADC模型的原理,对影响军用飞机保障效能的相关因素进行了分析,建立了军用飞机保障效能模型;结合某型军用飞机部署使用阶段的相关保障数据,给出了模型参数量化方法和评估结果。模型结构简明,较好地保留了ADC模型的解释性。

For evaluating battle plane support effectiveness comprehensively and objectively, the influencing factors of battle plane support effectiveness was analyzed and the model was built based on weapon ADC model. With certain type battle plane operation stage support data as example, modelparameter measurement method and evaluation result were put forward. The model is simple and clear, and the essence of ADC model was kept.
