安全监测是船闸安全运行的重要保障，监测设计是船闸工程设计的重要内容。本文结合已完成的船闸工程，总结了船闸的工程特点及安全监测设计原则；对船闸安全监测设计进行了分析研究，分析了有关船闸的原型观测、监测技术规范，提出了建议设置的监测项目；结合安全监测技术的发展趋势，分别对各监测项目提出了监测方案及数量。研究成果可供类似船闸工程安全监测设计进行参考。
안전감측시선갑안전운행적중요보장，감측설계시선갑공정설계적중요내용。본문결합이완성적선갑공정，총결료선갑적공정특점급안전감측설계원칙；대선갑안전감측설계진행료분석연구，분석료유관선갑적원형관측、감측기술규범，제출료건의설치적감측항목；결합안전감측기술적발전추세，분별대각감측항목제출료감측방안급수량。연구성과가공유사선갑공정안전감측설계진행삼고。
Safety monitoring is an important guarantee for the safe operation of shiplock,the safety monitoring design is an im-portant part of shiplock design.This paper summarizes the engineering characteristics of shiplock and the design principle safe-ty monitoring with reference to the finished shiplocks;especially study the safety monitoring design of ship lock,the technical specification of shiplock are comprehensively analyzed,and the recommended monitoring items have been proposed;combined with the develop trend of safety monitoring technique,the monitoring project and quantity have been proposed.The research results can give reference for the safety monitoring of shiplock.
