目的:总结高原心脏病患者超声心动图特点。方法回顾分析高原心脏病患者及正常对照组超声心动图参数的差异。结果高原心脏病患者88例,正常对照组30例,超声心动图指标包括左房内径,左室舒张末内径、左室射血分数、右房上下径、右房横径、右室舒张末内径、右室壁厚度、主肺动脉内径、右房压、肺动脉压,除左室射血分数两组无差异外,高原心脏病组左房内径,左室舒张末内径明显小于正常对照组,右房上下径、右房横径、右室舒张末内径、右室壁厚度、主肺动脉内径、右房压、肺动脉压等指标均大于对照组。两组均有明显差异。结论高原心脏病患者超声心动图主要表现为右心增大及肺动脉高压。

목적:총결고원심장병환자초성심동도특점。방법회고분석고원심장병환자급정상대조조초성심동도삼수적차이。결과고원심장병환자88례,정상대조조30례,초성심동도지표포괄좌방내경,좌실서장말내경、좌실사혈분수、우방상하경、우방횡경、우실서장말내경、우실벽후도、주폐동맥내경、우방압、폐동맥압,제좌실사혈분수량조무차이외,고원심장병조좌방내경,좌실서장말내경명현소우정상대조조,우방상하경、우방횡경、우실서장말내경、우실벽후도、주폐동맥내경、우방압、폐동맥압등지표균대우대조조。량조균유명현차이。결론고원심장병환자초성심동도주요표현위우심증대급폐동맥고압。
Objective To analyze the echocardiographic characteristics of high altitude heart disease. Methods The differences in echo-cardiographic parameters between high altitude heart disease patients and normal controls were retrospectively analyzed. Results Eighty-eight cases of high altitude heart disease and 30 normal controls were analyzed. Echocardiographic indexes analyzed included the following:the left atrial diameter,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter,left ventricular ejection fraction,right atrial longitudinal diameter,right atrial transverse diame-ter,right ventricular end-diastolic diameter,wall thickness of right ventricular,the main pulmonary artery diameter,right atrial pressure,and pulmonary artery pressure. Except left ventricular ejection fraction,the parameters of left atrial diameter and left ventricular end-diastolic diame-ter in high altitude heart disease group were less than the normal control group obviously;the parameters including right atrial longitudinal diame-ter,right atrial transverse diameter,right ventricular end-diastolic diameter,wall thickness of right ventricular,the main pulmonary artery diame-ter,right atrial pressure,and pulmonary artery pressure in high altitude heart disease group were greater than the control group. Conclusion The echocardiographic characteristics of high altitude heart disease are obvious right heart enlargement and pulmonary hypertension.
