目的:探讨人工桡骨头置换术治疗肘关节不稳定的桡骨粉碎性骨折的临床疗效。方法对新鲜闭合性MasonⅢ型及以上桡骨头患者33例进行研究,分为三组,分别采用桡骨头切除术、内固定术及人工桡骨头置换术治疗。观察三组术后肘关节功能及近期、远期并发症。结果人工桡骨头置换术组Broberg 和Morrey评分、提携角、桡骨近端移位程度及前臂旋转均优于其它方法,差异具有统计学意义( P <0.05)。并发症对比,三组间无统计学差异( P >0.05)。结论人工桡骨头置换术治疗肘关节不稳定桡骨粉碎性骨折,可有效提高术后肘关节功能,降低术后并发症。
目的:探討人工橈骨頭置換術治療肘關節不穩定的橈骨粉碎性骨摺的臨床療效。方法對新鮮閉閤性MasonⅢ型及以上橈骨頭患者33例進行研究,分為三組,分彆採用橈骨頭切除術、內固定術及人工橈骨頭置換術治療。觀察三組術後肘關節功能及近期、遠期併髮癥。結果人工橈骨頭置換術組Broberg 和Morrey評分、提攜角、橈骨近耑移位程度及前臂鏇轉均優于其它方法,差異具有統計學意義( P <0.05)。併髮癥對比,三組間無統計學差異( P >0.05)。結論人工橈骨頭置換術治療肘關節不穩定橈骨粉碎性骨摺,可有效提高術後肘關節功能,降低術後併髮癥。
목적:탐토인공뇨골두치환술치료주관절불은정적뇨골분쇄성골절적림상료효。방법대신선폐합성MasonⅢ형급이상뇨골두환자33례진행연구,분위삼조,분별채용뇨골두절제술、내고정술급인공뇨골두치환술치료。관찰삼조술후주관절공능급근기、원기병발증。결과인공뇨골두치환술조Broberg 화Morrey평분、제휴각、뇨골근단이위정도급전비선전균우우기타방법,차이구유통계학의의( P <0.05)。병발증대비,삼조간무통계학차이( P >0.05)。결론인공뇨골두치환술치료주관절불은정뇨골분쇄성골절,가유효제고술후주관절공능,강저술후병발증。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of three different surgical methods in treatment of elbow unstable radius comminuted fracture. Methods A total of 33 patients with fresh blunt type Mason III radial head fracture in this hospital were divided into three groups,each using radial head excision,fixation or artificial radial head arthroplasty,and elbow function after surgery and long-term complications had been observed. Results Broberg and Morrey scores,carrying angle,degree of displacement and radial proximal forearm rotation in patients with artifi-cial radial head arthroplasty were superior to other methods,and the difference was significant( P <0. 05),but the difference in complications was not significant( P >0. 05). Conclusion Artificial elbow radial head arthroplasty in treatment of patients with unstable radial fracture can ef-fectively improve the postoperative elbow function and reduce the postoperative complications.
