结合非圆齿轮差动轮系的原理和分度装置的运动要求,提出一种新型非圆齿轮的分度装置。阐述了分度装置的数学模型,推导了分度装置中各齿轮的传动比函数;论述了分度装置中一对非圆齿轮的设计方法;对分度装置进行了相关分析,研制出了该分度装置,从而验证了该分度装置在原理和设计上的可行性。
結閤非圓齒輪差動輪繫的原理和分度裝置的運動要求,提齣一種新型非圓齒輪的分度裝置。闡述瞭分度裝置的數學模型,推導瞭分度裝置中各齒輪的傳動比函數;論述瞭分度裝置中一對非圓齒輪的設計方法;對分度裝置進行瞭相關分析,研製齣瞭該分度裝置,從而驗證瞭該分度裝置在原理和設計上的可行性。

A new non-circular gear indexing device was designed combined with the principles of differential gear train ,the non-circular gears and dividing device requirements .The mathematical mod‐el of the device was introduced ,The transmission ratio of each gear was deduced in detail .On the basis of that ,the design method of the non-circular gear was discussed .As an example ,a set of design pa‐rameters ,the 3D modeling and virtual simulation of the device were made .Finally ,the device was manufactured ,that verifies the feasibility of the device on the principle and design .
