近年来，我国突发性环境污染事故频繁发生，建立有效的风险防范计划和措施能减少突发性环境污染事故的发生。本文对石化行业环保验收中风险防范措施检查的要点从六个方面进行了论述，分别为罐区风险防范、大气环境风险防范、废水三级防控措施、危险化学品和危险废物的储运、突发环境事故应急预案和施工期环境监理。

In recent years,China′s sudden environmental pollution accidents occur frequently,establish an effective risk prevention plans and mea-sures to reduce the occurrence of sudden environmental pollution accidents.In this paper,the main points in the petrochemical industry and environ-mental protection inspection and acceptance of risk prevention measures from six aspects were discussed,namely tank risk prevention,risk prevention atmosphere storage,wastewater tertiary prevention and control measures,dangerous chemicals and hazardous waste,unexpected environmental emer-gency plans and construction supervision of the environment.
