目的：探讨舒血宁对恶性肿瘤患者应用阿霉素引起的心脏毒性的防治作用。方法选择2010年3月至2012年12月收治的恶性肿瘤患者80例，全部患者按实际就诊顺序随机分为研究组和对照组。两组患者均给予含阿霉素化疗方案治疗，其中研究组患者每个化疗周期前额外加用舒血宁静脉滴注，每日一次，持续治疗2周。观察两组治疗后心肌酶谱及心电图改变情况，评价舒血宁对阿霉素引起的心脏毒性的防治作用。结果治疗后研究组肌酸激酶同工酶（CK-MB）、心肌肌钙蛋白I（cTnI）、乳酸脱氢酶（LDH-1）及C反应蛋白（CRP）水平明显低于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义；治疗中研究组异常心电图情况明显少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P <0.05）。结论舒血宁辅助化疗可减轻阿霉素的心脏毒性，利于阿霉素化疗剂量的维持，保证了化疗效果，推荐在临床推广和应用。
목적：탐토서혈저대악성종류환자응용아매소인기적심장독성적방치작용。방법선택2010년3월지2012년12월수치적악성종류환자80례，전부환자안실제취진순서수궤분위연구조화대조조。량조환자균급여함아매소화료방안치료，기중연구조환자매개화료주기전액외가용서혈저정맥적주，매일일차，지속치료2주。관찰량조치료후심기매보급심전도개변정황，평개서혈저대아매소인기적심장독성적방치작용。결과치료후연구조기산격매동공매（CK-MB）、심기기개단백I（cTnI）、유산탈경매（LDH-1）급C반응단백（CRP）수평명현저우대조조，량조차이유통계학의의；치료중연구조이상심전도정황명현소우대조조，차이유통계학의의（ P <0.05）。결론서혈저보조화료가감경아매소적심장독성，리우아매소화료제량적유지，보증료화료효과，추천재림상추엄화응용。
Objective To study clinical effect of Shuxuening injection in treatment of doxorubicin-induced cardiotoxicity. Methods 80 patients of malignant tumors were selected from March 2010 to Dec 2012. They were randomly divided into study group and the control group ac-cording to their actual order to hospital. Patients in two groups were treated with chemotherapy regimens including doxorubicin. Patients in study group were treated Shuxuening before each cycle of chemotherapy,intravenously once daily,treatment for 2 weeks. The myocardial enzymes and ECG changes were observed after treatment. Results CK-MB,cTnI,LDH-1 and C-reactive protein levels in study group were significantly lower than control group after treatment. The difference was statistically significant. Abnormal ECG changes in study group were significantly less than control group. There was significant difference between the groups. Conclusion Shuxuening adjuvant doxorubicin chemotherapy can reduce the toxic effects on the heart,and conducive to the maintenance dose of doxorubicin chemotherapy,ensure the effect of chemotherapy. It is worthy of application.
