目的：研究分析步长稳心颗粒联合倍他乐克应用于心律失常的治疗效果及临床不良反应。方法择取2013年8月-2014年8月期间在我院接受治疗的88例心律失常患者，通过计算机将其随机性分成2组，一组44例患者应用倍他乐克进行治疗设为对照组；一组44例患者应用步长稳心颗粒与倍他乐克联合治疗的设为研究组。结果研究组患者临床总有效率约为93.18%（41/44）远远大于对照组的79.55%（35/44），差异P<0.05有统计学意义。结论步长稳心颗粒与倍他乐克联合应用心律失常的治疗效果甚佳，并且不良反应较轻，可在今后临床治疗中进一步推广、应用。
목적：연구분석보장은심과립연합배타악극응용우심률실상적치료효과급림상불량반응。방법택취2013년8월-2014년8월기간재아원접수치료적88례심률실상환자，통과계산궤장기수궤성분성2조，일조44례환자응용배타악극진행치료설위대조조；일조44례환자응용보장은심과립여배타악극연합치료적설위연구조。결과연구조환자림상총유효솔약위93.18%（41/44）원원대우대조조적79.55%（35/44），차이P<0.05유통계학의의。결론보장은심과립여배타악극연합응용심률실상적치료효과심가，병차불량반응교경，가재금후림상치료중진일보추엄、응용。
Objective To study the clinical treatment effect and adverse reactionanalysis of Buchangwenxin Granules Combined with betaloc applied toarrhythmia. Methods 88 cases of patients with arrhythmia during selection2013.08-2014.08 receiving treat-ment in our hospital, through computer randomdivided into 2 groups,one group of 44 patients with betaloc for treatment as control group;a group of 44 patients with the application of Wenxinkeli metoprololcombined treatment equipment as the study group. Results The study grouppatients the total clinical efficiency is about 93.18% (41/44) is much larger than that of the control group 79.55% (35/44), the difference was statistically significant P<0.05. Conclusion Good Wenxinkeli metoprolol combined application of arrhythmia treatment, and mild adverse reactions,can be in the future clinical treatment of further promotion, application.
