目的：探讨孟鲁司特钠与酮替酚治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床效果。方法从本院2012年10月-2013年10月收治的小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘患者中随机选择100例进行研究，随机分为观察组（50例）和对照组（50例）两组，在常规治疗的基础上，分别给予两组患者孟鲁司特钠与酮替酚治疗。观察两组的治疗效果，并进行比较。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为94.0%，对照组为80.0%，经比较两组的治疗总有效率差异存在统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗前，两组患者的肺功能各项指标比较差异均无统计学意义，经过不同的治疗之后，在肺功能改善情况方面，两组比较差异存在统计学意义（均P<0.05），观察组显著优于对照组。结论较之酮替酚，在在常规治疗的基础上，给予小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘患者孟鲁司特钠治疗可以获得更好的治疗效果，并有效改善患者的肺功能。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of montelukast and ketotifentreatment of children with cough variant asth-ma. Methods 100 cases of patients with cough variant asthma randomly from October 2012 to October 2013 in our hospital were selected,and were randomly divided into two groups of observation group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases).On the basis of routine treatment, two groups of patients were given Meng Lu Lester sodium andketotifen treatment. The treatment effect of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The total efficiency of the observation group was 94%, and the control group was 80%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Before treatment, pulmonary function indexes were compared between the two groups had no significant difference after different treatment, improvement in lung function, differences between the two group was significant (P<0.05). The observation group was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion Compared with keto-tifen, in on the basis of conventional therapy, given special sodium in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma Meng Lu company can get better curative effect, andeffectively improve the lung function of patients.
