目的:探讨风险管理在严重创伤院前救治中的运用效果。方法收集2012年1月-2013年12月共计360例严重创伤院前救治患者的临床资料,其中2012年度150例患者设为对照组,采取的常规方案;2013年度210例患者设为观察组,采取的是风险管理方案,比较两组护理人员知信行评分,出车反应时间、患者院前救治成功率及服务满意度。结果与对照组相比,观察组护理人员知识(27.21±4.21) vs (22.01±4.41)分、态度(21.32±3.81) vs (17.11±3.91)分、行为(20.51±3.71) vs (16.22±3.52)分均明显提高;观察组出车反应时间较对照组有明显缩短(140.43±11.31) vs (300.42±10.51)s;与对照组相比,观察组院前救治成功率明显提升(97.61%vs 90.67%),对护理服务的满意程度明显提高(94.51±11.52)vs (86.42±12.31)。结论严重创伤院前救治过程中,运用风险管理能够改善院前救治的效果,提高院前抢救的效率,改善护理服务质量。

Objective To study the effect of nursing risk management applied in the pre-hospital treatment for severe trauma pa-tients. Methods Collected a total of 360 patients with severe trauma pre-hospital treatment the clinical data form January 2012 to December 2013, 150 patients in the year of 2012 were divided into the control group, and 210 patients in the year of 2013 were divided into the observation group, Compare two groups of nursing staff know KAP score, response time, pre-hospital treatment success rate and service satisfaction. Results Compared with the control group, the nurses’ scores of knowledge(27.21±4.21)vs (22.01±4.41), attitude (21.32±3.81)vs(17.11±3.91)and practice(20.51±3.71)vs(16.22±3.52)were significantly increased in the observation group(P<0.05);compared with the control group, The response time was obviously reduced in the observation group (140.43±11.31)s vs(300.42±10.51)s; compared with the control group, the patients’ Treatment success rate was significantly improved (97.61%vs 90.67%) and the satisfaction degree for nursing service was significantly improved (94.51±11.52) vs (86.42±12.31)in the observation group (P<0.05). Conclusion The nursing risk management applied in the pre-hospital treatment for severe trauma patients can significantly reduce the incidence of nursing risk, improve the nursing service quality.
