目的:探讨体验式教学在失能老人护理员培训中的应用效果。方法设计若干个照顾失能老人的模拟情景,应用体验式教学法对老年照护学习班27名学员进行培训,采用一般自我效能感量表、学业自我效能量表分别于培训前后进行测评,采用技能评定表在培训结束后对学员进行考核,并用于学习过程的自评和互评。结果培训后学员的一般自我效能、学业自我效能感均显著高于培训前(P<0.05),且学员的一般自我效能和学业自我效能感与其考试成绩呈中高度正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论体验式教学法适合于失能老人护理员的培训,可提高学员的自我效果感和照护技能学习效果。

목적:탐토체험식교학재실능노인호리원배훈중적응용효과。방법설계약간개조고실능노인적모의정경,응용체험식교학법대노년조호학습반27명학원진행배훈,채용일반자아효능감량표、학업자아효능량표분별우배훈전후진행측평,채용기능평정표재배훈결속후대학원진행고핵,병용우학습과정적자평화호평。결과배훈후학원적일반자아효능、학업자아효능감균현저고우배훈전(P<0.05),차학원적일반자아효능화학업자아효능감여기고시성적정중고도정상관관계(P<0.05)。결론체험식교학법괄합우실능노인호리원적배훈,가제고학원적자아효과감화조호기능학습효과。
Objective To observe the effects of experiential teaching on nursing attendant’s training in disabled elderly.Methods Designed several simulating situations which cared disabled elderly,27 students in elderly care class were trained by experiential teaching method.The students were evaluated with general self-efficacy scale and academic self-efficacy scale before and after the training respectively,were examined with skills assessment scale afer the training.Then this scale was also used to self-assessment and peer-assessment?in the learning process.Results The general self-efficacy and academic self-efficacy of the students after training were significantly higher than that of before training (P<0.05).The general self-efficacy and academic self-efficacy of the students were positively correlated with their test scores (P<0.05).Conclusion Experiential teaching method is suitable for nursing attendant’s training in disabled elderly.It can improve self-efficacy of the students and skill learning effects.
