随着经济的发展，工程建设迅猛发展，深基础在实际工程中出现得越来越多。对其施工方法的研究成为热点问题。文中主要探讨了深基础地下室顺作法施工技术和逆作法施工技术。从施工工艺、施工关键技术和施工特点三方面对顺作法施工技术和逆作法施工技术做了简要介绍。从中了解到两种方法各自的操作步骤、适用范围及优缺点。这样可以在实际项目中更加合理地选取深基础的施工方法，达到缩短工期、降低成本、减小对周边环境影响等目的。

With economic development, the rapid development of construction, deep foundation appearing more and more in the actual project. Construction methods studied to become a hot issue. This paper mainly discusses the deep basement foundation technology and construction techniques along reversed construction method. Tripartite from construction technol-ogy, construction technology and construction features of the face of the key shun technology and construction practices down construction technology made a brief introduction. Two methods learned from their steps, the scope and the advantages and disadvantages. This can be more reasonable to choose deep foundation construction methods in the actual project, to shorten the construction period, reduce costs, reduce the impact on the surrounding environment and other purposes.
