文章针对传统教学模式存在的问题,提出采用探究式教学方法组织水轮机原理课程教学。从教师的教与学生的学两个方面提出了探究式教学的构想与措施,并运用到教学实践中,对提高学生的学习兴趣和学习效果起到了积极的促进作用。

In view of the existing problems in traditional teaching mode, the inquiry teaching method was used in teaching Principles of Hydraulic Turbine. The idea and measure of inquiry teaching were proposed from the two aspects of teachers' teaching and students' learning, and applied to the teaching practice. These study and practice are helpful to improve the stu-dents' learning interest and effects.
