相对于传统教学方式而言,案例教学具有教学模式的互动性、教学过程的实践性、教学参与的平等性和教学内容的综合性等方面的特征。运用案例教学,有利于提升行政管理专业学生的创新意识、知识基础和创新思维,从而提升其创新能力。从行政管理专业教学的实际来看,案例教学仍然存在诸多问题和障碍。为此,应从教学理念、教学内容、教学方法和教学评价四个方面入手,改进本专业案例教学,提升本专业学生的创新能力。

Compared to traditional teaching methods, the characteristics of the case has a teaching mode interactive teaching, prac-tical teaching process, comprehensive teaching participation and equality and other aspects of teaching content. The use of case tea-ching, administrative professional help enhance students' awareness of innovation, knowledge-based and innovative thinking, so as to enhance its ability to innovate. From a practical point of view the administration of teaching, case teaching there are still many problems and obstacles. To this end, we should start from teaching philosophy, teaching content, teaching methods and evaluation four aspects, to improve the professional teaching, enhance the students' ability to innovate.
