完成由师范教育向教师教育的转型,已经成为地方师范大学的发展共识和工作重点。在此过程中,必须完善学校顶层设计、整合内部教师教育资源、组建专门教师教育机构,重点做好教师教育人才培养模式改革、师资队伍建设、学科建设与科学研究等工作,构建起职前教育、入职教育、在职教育全程贯通的教师教育体系。

Complete the transition from teacher education to teacher education has become the focus of the development of consensus and work place Normal University. In this process, we must improve the school top-level design, integration of in-ternal teacher education resources, the formation of specialized teachers in educational institutions, focus on doing the job training model of teacher education reform, teaching staff, discipline construction and scientific research, build pre-voca-tional education, into vocational education, in-service teacher education through the whole education system.
