完成由师范教育向教师教育的转型，已经成为地方师范大学的发展共识和工作重点。在此过程中，必须完善学校顶层设计、整合内部教师教育资源、组建专门教师教育机构，重点做好教师教育人才培养模式改革、师资队伍建设、学科建设与科学研究等工作，构建起职前教育、入职教育、在职教育全程贯通的教师教育体系。

완성유사범교육향교사교육적전형，이경성위지방사범대학적발전공식화공작중점。재차과정중，필수완선학교정층설계、정합내부교사교육자원、조건전문교사교육궤구，중점주호교사교육인재배양모식개혁、사자대오건설、학과건설여과학연구등공작，구건기직전교육、입직교육、재직교육전정관통적교사교육체계。
Complete the transition from teacher education to teacher education has become the focus of the development of consensus and work place Normal University.
