目的：探讨输尿管内支架管在泌尿外科中的应用及其相关并发症的发生情况。方法随机选取我院2009年5月-2013年11月期间收治的各类泌尿系统疾病患者共计120例，对患者的病史资料进行回顾性分析。结果临床中以输尿管及肾结石和尿路梗阻应用输尿管内支架管最多，远高于其他类型疾病，差异具有显著性(P<0.05)术后患者易发生血尿及膀胱刺激征等并发症。结论输尿管内支架管作为一种广泛应用的泌尿外科器械，在应用过程中应严格按照手术规范进行操作，且术后给予患者合理护理干预，以避免发生血尿等并发症。
목적：탐토수뇨관내지가관재비뇨외과중적응용급기상관병발증적발생정황。방법수궤선취아원2009년5월-2013년11월기간수치적각류비뇨계통질병환자공계120례，대환자적병사자료진행회고성분석。결과림상중이수뇨관급신결석화뇨로경조응용수뇨관내지가관최다，원고우기타류형질병，차이구유현저성(P<0.05)술후환자역발생혈뇨급방광자격정등병발증。결론수뇨관내지가관작위일충엄범응용적비뇨외과기계，재응용과정중응엄격안조수술규범진행조작，차술후급여환자합리호리간예，이피면발생혈뇨등병발증。
Objective To investigate the incidence of ureteral stents in urology application and its related complications. Methods Randomly selected our hospital in May 2009 during the November 2013 patients of various types of urinary system diseases total-ing 120 cases, the patient's clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results Clinical to the ureter and kidney stones and uri-nary tract obstruction ureteral stents maximum, much higher than other types of diseases,significant difference in patients (P<0.05) postoperative hematuria and bladder irritation and other complications.Conclusion Ureteral stent urology as a widely used instru-ment in the application process should be operated strictly in accordance with specifications surgery, and postoperative care given to patients with a reasonable intervention to avoid complications such as hematuria.
