目的:探讨风湿性关节炎中环瓜氨酸肽抗体(CCP)与抗角蛋白抗体(AKA)诊断价值。方法本次共选择类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者100例,均为我院2012年1月-2014年1月收治,就CCP、AKA检测资料与同期收治的非RA30例硬皮病、系统性红斑狼疮患者进行对比。结果RA组经检测示,AKA阳性率、CCP阳性率、RF阳性率均显著高于非RA组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。AKA、CCP联合RF,有高达97%的灵敏度。结论综合分析显示,CCP、AKA、RF联合检测,有较高灵敏度,在早期确诊和初步筛查RA作用重大,可降低误诊、漏诊率,有助于实现早宣教、早诊治,对骨质破坏程度进行预测,进而保障患者生存质量。

목적:탐토풍습성관절염중배과안산태항체(CCP)여항각단백항체(AKA)진단개치。방법본차공선택류풍습성관절염(RA)환자100례,균위아원2012년1월-2014년1월수치,취CCP、AKA검측자료여동기수치적비RA30례경피병、계통성홍반랑창환자진행대비。결과RA조경검측시,AKA양성솔、CCP양성솔、RF양성솔균현저고우비RA조,차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。AKA、CCP연합RF,유고체97%적령민도。결론종합분석현시,CCP、AKA、RF연합검측,유교고령민도,재조기학진화초보사사RA작용중대,가강저오진、루진솔,유조우실현조선교、조진치,대골질파배정도진행예측,진이보장환자생존질량。
Objective To investigate the rheumatic arthritis cyclic citrullinated peptide antibodies (CCP) and anti keratin antibody (AKA) diagnostic value. Methods A total of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients, 100 cases were in our hospital from 2012 January, to 2014 January were compared,CCP,AKA detection data and from non RA30 patients with scleroderma, systemic lupus erythe-matosus patients. Results In RA group the detection show, positive rate of AKA, CCP positive rate, RF positive rate was signifi-cantly higher than that in non RA group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). AKA, CCPcombined with RF, with a sensitivity of up to 97%. Conclusion Comprehensiveanalysis showed that, the combined detection of CCP, AKA, RF, has high sensitivity, in the important early diagnosis and screening of RA,can decrease the rate of missed diagnosis, misdiagnosis,contribute to the achievement of earlyeducation, early diagnosis and treatment, to predict the degree of bonedestruction, thereby ensuring pa-tients living quality.
