目的：探讨紫杉醇联合香菇多糖局部胸腔灌注治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效。方法将明确诊断为恶性胸腔积液60例患者随机分为试验组、对照1组及对照2组，胸腔引流后试验组给予紫杉醇和香菇多糖，对照1组给予紫杉醇，对照2组给予香菇多糖，治疗4周后结果比较疗效。结果试验组有效率80%，对照1组55%，对照2组45%，试验组明显优于对照两组(P<0.05)。结论紫杉醇联合香菇多糖胸腔内用药治疗恶性胸水安全有效，值得临床推广。
목적：탐토자삼순연합향고다당국부흉강관주치료악성흉강적액적료효。방법장명학진단위악성흉강적액60례환자수궤분위시험조、대조1조급대조2조，흉강인류후시험조급여자삼순화향고다당，대조1조급여자삼순，대조2조급여향고다당，치료4주후결과비교료효。결과시험조유효솔80%，대조1조55%，대조2조45%，시험조명현우우대조량조(P<0.05)。결론자삼순연합향고다당흉강내용약치료악성흉수안전유효，치득림상추엄。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effectiveness in the treatment of cancerous hydrothorax with paclitaxel and Lentinan. Methods 60 patients with cancerous hydrothorax were randomly divided into three groups.one group received injection of paclitaxel and Lentinan,the second group received injection of paclitaxel,the third group received injection of Lentinan.The therapeutic efficacy were compared between the three groups after 4 weeks. Results The effective rates were 80% 、55% and 45%respectively in the experimental and the two control group.The total efficiency of experimental group was significantly higher than the two control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of paclitaxel and Lentinan into cancerous hydrothorax shows an effec-tive an tihydrothorax activity.
