目的：探讨小儿功能性便秘的临床诊断及治疗。方法对我院2011年1月-2013年1月收治的120例功能性便秘患儿临床诊疗资料进行回顾性分析，对比治疗前后排便次数、大便性状等指标变化。结果120例患儿治疗1个月后平均症状积分为（8.34±1.34）分，明显低于治疗前症状积分（13.07±2.47）分( t=18.4389，P<0.01)）；治疗6个月之后平均症状积分为（7.51±1.08）分，明显低于治疗后1个月平均症状积分（t=5.2829，P<0.01）。结论阶段性基础治疗与药物联合治疗可使功能性便秘患儿大便次数、大便性状及其他临床表现尽早恢复正常，规范、优质的诊疗工作对小儿功能性便秘的康复意义重大。

Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment on children with functional constipation. Methods From January 2011 to January 2013, 120 cases of children with functional constipation data were retrospectively analyzed the clinical diagnosis and treatment,to compare indicators of defecation, stool and other changes before and after treatment. Results 120 cases of chil-dren with treatment after a month the average symptom score was (8.34±1.34) points, significantly lower than pre-treatment symp-tom score (13.07±2.47) (t= 18.4389,P<0.0,1));moreover,after 6 months treatment the mean symptom integration was (7.51±1.08) points, significantly lower than one month treatment average symptom score (t=5.2829, P<0.01).Conclusion In combination with basic Periodic treatment and drug therapy could improve the children with functional constipation, including the number of defe-cate, characteristics and other clinical manifestations, posing that diagnosis and treatment with high quality is of great significance to the rehabilitation of children with functional constipation.
