本文研制了高精度的液压测试系统对液压阀性能进行测试，完成了电气系统和信号采集系统的设计。由现场设备PLC等进行数据采集和设备控制，VB 6.0完成数据处理、串行通信、网络管理、界面显示等功能。实现了对液压阀的自动测试和数据存储的自动化，并生成各种曲线报表，提高了实验效率。

A high-precision hydraulic test system for hydraulic valve performance test is developed and the design of electric system and the signal acquisition system are completed. Data acquisition and equipment control are realized by field devices PLC. VB 6.0 finished data processing, serial communication, network management, interface display, etc. The test platform complete the automated test of hydraulic valve automation and data storage and generate all kinds of curve, which improve the efficiency of the experiment.
