目的：探讨健康教育及规范管理对农村居民高血压知晓率、治疗率、控制率影响的重要性。方法：采用整群随机调查方法，对固原市原州区张易镇黄堡村45～85岁常住高血压患者250例进行为期2年、定期、规律的健康教育及规范管理，对结果进行统计分析。结果：实施健康教育及规范化管理前后高血压患者的“三率”比较差别有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：对农村高血压患者进行多种形式的健康教育及规范管理，可提高高血压知识知晓率，改善不健康行为，提高患者的生活质量，所以健康教育及规范管理是农村居民防治高血压病的重要措施。
목적：탐토건강교육급규범관리대농촌거민고혈압지효솔、치료솔、공제솔영향적중요성。방법：채용정군수궤조사방법，대고원시원주구장역진황보촌45～85세상주고혈압환자250례진행위기2년、정기、규률적건강교육급규범관리，대결과진행통계분석。결과：실시건강교육급규범화관리전후고혈압환자적“삼솔”비교차별유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：대농촌고혈압환자진행다충형식적건강교육급규범관리，가제고고혈압지식지효솔，개선불건강행위，제고환자적생활질량，소이건강교육급규범관리시농촌거민방치고혈압병적중요조시。
Objective:To investigate the importance of health education and management impact on the rate of hypertension awareness,treatment and control of rural residents.Methods:Using cluster random investigation method,we provided two years of regular health education and standard management for 250 cases of hypertension patients,who were all 45~85 years old from Huangbao village of Yuanzhou district in Guyuan city,and then analyzed the results.Results:After health education and standardized management,the "three rates"of hypertension were improved when compared before,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Providing various forms of rural health education and standardized management for patients with hypertension can increase their awareness on hypertension knowledge,and the unhealthy behaviors can be corrected.Therefore,the life quality of patients can be improved,so health education and standardized management is an important measure on prevention and treatment of hypertension for rural residents.
