目的：探讨腰-硬联合麻醉手术患者护理配合措施，以减少麻醉并发症，提高手术成功率。方法：2013年1-12月收治实施腰－硬联合麻醉(CSEA)手术患者650例，对其护理配合进行总结，包括麻醉前、中、后手术患者的心理、生理护理、麻醉用物准备、麻醉预防性输液、麻醉操作配合等。结果：手术患者配合积极，CSEA穿刺成功率高、术中患者生命征控制较好。结论：做好CSEA手术患者围麻醉期的护理配合措施，能提高CSEA的穿刺成功率，有效的预防麻醉并发症，保证手术顺利进行，提高手术成功率和患者满意度。

목적：탐토요-경연합마취수술환자호리배합조시，이감소마취병발증，제고수술성공솔。방법：2013년1-12월수치실시요－경연합마취(CSEA)수술환자650례，대기호리배합진행총결，포괄마취전、중、후수술환자적심리、생리호리、마취용물준비、마취예방성수액、마취조작배합등。결과：수술환자배합적겁，CSEA천자성공솔고、술중환자생명정공제교호。결론：주호CSEA수술환자위마취기적호리배합조시，능제고CSEA적천자성공솔，유효적예방마취병발증，보증수술순리진행，제고수술성공솔화환자만의도。
Objective:To investigate the nursing coordination measures of patients with combined spinal-epidural anesthesia operation,in order to reduce the complications of anesthesia,and improve the success rate of operation.Methods:650 patients with CSEA operation were selected from January to December 2013.We summarized the nursing measures,including the psychological, physiological nursing,preparation of anesthesia,prophylactic infusion anesthesia,anesthesia operation coordination of patients before,in and after of the anesthesia.Results:The operation patients coordination was positive.The rate of CSEA puncture success was high.The life syndrome of patients was controlled well in surgery.Conclusion:Do a good job in nursing cooperation measures for patients with CSEA operation during anesthesia can improve the success rate of CSEA puncture,effective prevent complications of anesthesia,ensure operation smoothly,and improve the success rate of operation and patients' satisfaction.
