目的：探讨中药“三圣方”治疗乳突型重度宫颈糜烂的临床应用价值。方法：将300例乳突型重度宫颈糜烂患者随机分为两组，治疗组150例采用乳糜状“三圣方”涂于糜烂面治疗，对照组150例采用妇宁栓紧贴糜烂面上药治疗。两组分别于治疗后3、6、12个月经净后观察临床症状、阴道清洁度、宫颈糜烂面愈合程度和时间、不良反应、颈管有无狭窄及宫颈弹性的变化，同时结合综合评分标准进行统计，评估疗效。结果：治疗组疗效明显优于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。复发情况比较：治疗组无复发，对照组复发15例，复发率14.6%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。不良反应情况：治疗中阴道排液、创面感染、腹部不适情况两组比较差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。两组愈合时间、宫颈弹性及颈管狭窄情况比较：治疗组愈合时间(3.9±1.1)周，对照组愈合时间(5.1±1.8)周，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。两组治疗后观察宫颈弹性如初，未发现颈管狭窄现象。结论：“三圣方”膏治疗乳突型重度宫颈糜烂方法简单易行，安全、费用低、不良反应少，疗效显著，有很好的临床应用价值。

목적：탐토중약“삼골방”치료유돌형중도궁경미란적림상응용개치。방법：장300례유돌형중도궁경미란환자수궤분위량조，치료조150례채용유미상“삼골방”도우미란면치료，대조조150례채용부저전긴첩미란면상약치료。량조분별우치료후3、6、12개월경정후관찰림상증상、음도청길도、궁경미란면유합정도화시간、불량반응、경관유무협착급궁경탄성적변화，동시결합종합평분표준진행통계，평고료효。결과：치료조료효명현우우대조조，비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。복발정황비교：치료조무복발，대조조복발15례，복발솔14.6%，량조비교차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。불량반응정황：치료중음도배액、창면감염、복부불괄정황량조비교차이균무통계학의의(P＞0.05)。량조유합시간、궁경탄성급경관협착정황비교：치료조유합시간(3.9±1.1)주，대조조유합시간(5.1±1.8)주，량조비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。량조치료후관찰궁경탄성여초，미발현경관협착현상。결론：“삼골방”고치료유돌형중도궁경미란방법간단역행，안전、비용저、불량반응소，료효현저，유흔호적림상응용개치。
Objective:To explore the value of clinical application of "San Sheng Fang" in the treatment of mastoid type of severe cervical erosion.Methods:300 patients with mastoid type of severe cervical erosion were selected.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 150 cases in each group.The treatment group were treated with "San Sheng Fang"painted on the erosion surface,and the control group were treated with Fu Ning Shuan painted on the erosion surface.Respectively after treatment at 3,6,12 months,after the end of menstruation,we observed the clinical symptoms,vaginal cleanliness,cervical erosion surface healing and time,adverse reactions,the cervical canal with or without narrow,the change of cervical elasticity,at the same time,we evaluated the effect of treatment with the comprehensive appraisal standard.Results:Curative effect comparison of two groups:the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence of comparison:there was no recurrence in the treatment group;in the control group,15 cases were recurrence, and the recurrence rate was 14.6%;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Adverse reactions comparison:during the treatment,we compared the vaginal discharge,wound infection,abdominal discomfort,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Comparison of two groups of healing time,cervical elasticity and the cervical canal stenosis:in the treatment group,healing time was (3.9 ± 1.1) weeks;in the control group,the healing time was (5.1 ± 1.8) weeks;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no change in cervical elasticity,and we did not find the phenomenon of cervical canal stenosis.Conclusion:"San Sheng Fang" for the treatment of mastoid type of severe cervical erosion is simple and safe;the cost is low;the adverse reaction is little;the curative effect is remarkable;and it has good clinical application value.
