本文探讨了30年来中国对偏头痛等位发作的经验。通过搜索中英文献，对纳入文献资料利用Rev Man 4.1软件处理。共27篇文献纳入标准，本病发作青年性、突然性、一次性、反复性、刻板性发作与其他疾病最大区别(OR=0.24，95%CI，[0.18，0.32]z=9.22，P＜0.00001)。辨证施治是中医治疗偏头痛的核心，而偏头痛的诊断主要靠病史及排除诊断法完成。
본문탐토료30년래중국대편두통등위발작적경험。통과수색중영문헌，대납입문헌자료이용Rev Man 4.1연건처리。공27편문헌납입표준，본병발작청년성、돌연성、일차성、반복성、각판성발작여기타질병최대구별(OR=0.24，95%CI，[0.18，0.32]z=9.22，P＜0.00001)。변증시치시중의치료편두통적핵심，이편두통적진단주요고병사급배제진단법완성。
In this text,the author investigated the experience of migraine equivalent of Chinese in the last 30 years on. Through the Chinese and English literature,we used the Rev Man 4.1 software to analyze the literature data.A total of 27 papers were included in the standard.This disease attack young,sudden,disposable,repetitive,stereotyped seizure were the biggest difference with other diseases(OR=0.24,95%CI,[0.18,0.32]z=9.22,P<0.00001).The treatment based on syndrome differentiation is the core of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of migraine.The diagnosis of migraine to the main medical history and exclude the diagnosis method to complete.
