目的：探讨采用综合疗法治疗肛周急性坏死性筋膜炎的临床疗效。方法：2012年1月-2013年1月收治肛周急性坏死性筋膜炎患者26例，采用切开引流、抗感染、高压氧、中药汤剂及营养支持综合疗法治疗。结果：治愈25例，治愈率96.1%，1例因经济原因放弃治疗(自动出院时，病情得到有效控制)，无一例死亡。结论：对于肛周急性坏死性筋膜炎，多种治疗方法联合应用，是可靠的治疗方法，可有效减低该病的死亡率。

목적：탐토채용종합요법치료항주급성배사성근막염적림상료효。방법：2012년1월-2013년1월수치항주급성배사성근막염환자26례，채용절개인류、항감염、고압양、중약탕제급영양지지종합요법치료。결과：치유25례，치유솔96.1%，1례인경제원인방기치료(자동출원시，병정득도유효공제)，무일례사망。결론：대우항주급성배사성근막염，다충치료방법연합응용，시가고적치료방법，가유효감저해병적사망솔。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of comprehensive therapy in the treatment of acute perianal necrotizing fasciitis.Methods:26 patients with acute perianal necrotizing fasciitis were selected from January 2012 to January 2013.They were given comprehensive therapy with the incision and drainage,anti infection,hyperbaric oxygen,the decoction of Chinese medicine and nutrition support.Results:25 cases were cured,and the cure rate was 96.1%;1 cases gave up treatment because of economic reasons(automatic discharge,the disease has been effectively controlled);no 1 cases was death.Conclusion:Combined use of variety methods is reliable for the treatment of acute perianal necrotizing fasciitis.It can effectively reduce the mortality of the illness.
