目的：探讨宫腔镜技术在妇科领域的应用方法及价值分析，了解电切术治疗各类疾病的临床效果及影响因素。方法：2010年10月-2014年2月收治行宫腔镜手术患者76例，4例镜下子宫黏膜下肌瘤行电切术；3例镜下宫颈息肉行电切术；69例功能性子宫出血行宫腔镜检查+诊刮术。回顾性分析其临床资料。结果：本组76例宫腔镜手术均顺利完成，无一例发生手术并发症。69例术后病理检查1例示子宫内膜癌，68例示子宫内膜增生过长。术后随访3～24个月，宫腔镜治疗子宫肌瘤的术后满意率达94.6%。结论：宫腔镜在妇科领域的应用具有重要的意义，更为安全可靠，有较高的诊断价值，值得推广。
목적：탐토궁강경기술재부과영역적응용방법급개치분석，료해전절술치료각류질병적림상효과급영향인소。방법：2010년10월-2014년2월수치행궁강경수술환자76례，4례경하자궁점막하기류행전절술；3례경하궁경식육행전절술；69례공능성자궁출혈행궁강경검사+진괄술。회고성분석기림상자료。결과：본조76례궁강경수술균순리완성，무일례발생수술병발증。69례술후병리검사1례시자궁내막암，68례시자궁내막증생과장。술후수방3～24개월，궁강경치료자궁기류적술후만의솔체94.6%。결론：궁강경재부과영역적응용구유중요적의의，경위안전가고，유교고적진단개치，치득추엄。
Objective:To explore the application and value of hysteroscopy in gynecologic field,to understand the clinical effect and the influence factors of electric resection in the treatment of various disease.Methods:76 patients with hysteroscopic operation were selected from October 2010 to February 2014. 4 cases of submucosal myoma of uterus were treated with transurethral resection.3 cases of cervical polyp were treated with transurethral resection.69 cases of functional uterine bleeding were treated with hysteroscopy plus curettage.The clinical data was retrospectively analyzed.Results:The hysteroscopy surgery of 76 cases was complete, no case of surgical complications.In 69 cases,after operation,pathological examination showed 1 case was endometrial cancer and 68 cases were endometrial hyperplasia. Followed up for 3~24 months postoperatively,hysteroscopy postoperative satisfaction rate was 94.6% for the treatment of uterine fibroids.Conclusion:The application of hysteroscopy in gynecologic field has important significance.It is more safe and reliable,and it has high value in the diagnosis,so it is worthy of popularization.
