目的:观察不同吸痰方式对于小儿机械通气的临床疗效。方法:2011年8月-2013年8月收治机械通气患儿87例,随机分为观察组(44例)与对照组(43例),对照组应用开放式吸痰,观察组应用封闭式吸痰,对比分析两组的临床疗效。结果:观察组的机械通气时间较对照组明显缩短,各项并发症发生率显著低于对照组;SpO2、心率及pH指标明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对机械通气患儿应用封闭式吸痰装置,较开放式吸痰可缩短患儿的机械通气时间,减少血压以及SpO2波动,降低呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生率,维持患儿的血流动力学稳定,操作安全简便,值得推广应用。

목적:관찰불동흡담방식대우소인궤계통기적림상료효。방법:2011년8월-2013년8월수치궤계통기환인87례,수궤분위관찰조(44례)여대조조(43례),대조조응용개방식흡담,관찰조응용봉폐식흡담,대비분석량조적림상료효。결과:관찰조적궤계통기시간교대조조명현축단,각항병발증발생솔현저저우대조조;SpO2、심솔급pH지표명현우우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:대궤계통기환인응용봉폐식흡담장치,교개방식흡담가축단환인적궤계통기시간,감소혈압이급SpO2파동,강저호흡궤상관성폐염적발생솔,유지환인적혈류동역학은정,조작안전간편,치득추엄응용。
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of different ways of sputum suction for mechanical ventilation children.Methods:87 children with mechanical ventilation were selected from August 2011 to August 2013.They were randomly divided into the observation group(44 cases) and the control group(43 cases).The control group were given open sputum suction. The observation group were given enclosed sputum suction.The clinical curative effects of two groups were compared.Results:The mechanical ventilation time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group;the incidence rates of complications were significantly lower than these of the control group.SpO2,heart rate and pH index were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of enclosed sputum suction device for children with mechanical ventilation compared with open sputum suction can shortened the mechanical ventilation time of children,reduce blood pressure and SpO2 fluctuations,reduce the incidence rate of ventilator-associated pneumonia,and maintain hemodynamic stability of children.It is safety and simple operation.It is worthy of popularization and application.
