目的：探讨复合凝乳酶胶囊治疗慢性胃炎的临床疗效。方法：2012年11月-2013年11月收治慢性胃炎患者80例，分为治疗组和对照组各40例。治疗组服用复合凝乳酶胶囊，对照组进行常规治疗。结果：治疗组总有效率、幽门螺杆菌转阴率、满意度均高于对照组，不良反应发生率少于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：复合凝乳酶胶囊用于治疗慢性胃炎患者疗效显著，不良反应少，具有临床推广意义。

목적：탐토복합응유매효낭치료만성위염적림상료효。방법：2012년11월-2013년11월수치만성위염환자80례，분위치료조화대조조각40례。치료조복용복합응유매효낭，대조조진행상규치료。결과：치료조총유효솔、유문라간균전음솔、만의도균고우대조조，불량반응발생솔소우대조조，차이균구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：복합응유매효낭용우치료만성위염환자료효현저，불량반응소，구유림상추엄의의。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of gastropylor complex capsules in treatment of chronic gastritis.Methods:80 patients with chronic gastritis were selected from November 2012 to November 2013.They were divided into the treatment group and the control group with 40 cases in each.The treatment group were given gastropylor complex capsules.The control group were given the conventional treatment.Results:The total effective rate,helicobacter pylori negative rate,satisfaction of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions was less than that of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of gastropylor complex capsules in the treatment of chronic gastritis patients is significantly.It has less adverse reaction,and has clinical significance.
