Bronchial asthma%Salmeterol/fluticasone%curative effect
目的：探讨沙美特罗/氟替卡松治疗支气管哮喘的临床效果。方法：2013年2月-2014年3月收治支气管哮喘患者110例，随机分成观察组和对照组各55例。对照组给予氨茶碱解痉平喘、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦抗感染治疗，同时给予丙酸倍氯米松250μg，1吸，2次/d。观察组在给予氨茶碱解痉平喘、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦抗感染治疗的基础上，给予沙美特罗/氟替卡松50/250μg，1吸，2次/d。结果：两组治疗后心率、呼吸频率、pH 值、PaO2、PaCO2均明显好转，与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，而且观察组治疗后优于对照组治疗后，比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。观察组总有效率100.0%，对照组总有效率65.5%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：沙美特罗/氟替卡松治疗支气管哮喘症状缓解快，疗效显著，值得推广。

목적：탐토사미특라/불체잡송치료지기관효천적림상효과。방법：2013년2월-2014년3월수치지기관효천환자110례，수궤분성관찰조화대조조각55례。대조조급여안다감해경평천、두포고동/서파탄항감염치료，동시급여병산배록미송250μg，1흡，2차/d。관찰조재급여안다감해경평천、두포고동/서파탄항감염치료적기출상，급여사미특라/불체잡송50/250μg，1흡，2차/d。결과：량조치료후심솔、호흡빈솔、pH 치、PaO2、PaCO2균명현호전，여치료전비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)，이차관찰조치료후우우대조조치료후，비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。관찰조총유효솔100.0%，대조조총유효솔65.5%，량조비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：사미특라/불체잡송치료지기관효천증상완해쾌，료효현저，치득추엄。
Objective:To explore curative effects of salmeterol/fluticasone in the treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods:110 cases of patients with bronchial asthma from February 2013 to March 2014 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 55 cases in each group.The control group were treated with aminophylline for spasmolysis and asthma, cefoperazone/sulbactam for anti-infection,and propionate beclomethasone 250 μg,1 suck,2 times/d.The observation group were treated with salmeterol/fluticasone 50/250 μ g,1 suck,2 times/d,on the basis of aminophylline for spasmolysis and asthma, cefoperazone /sulbactam for anti-infection.Results:The heart rate,breathing rate,pH value,PaO2 and PaCO2 of the two groups after treatment all were significantly improved than that of before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The heart rate, breathing rate,pH value,PaO2 and PaCO2 of the observation group after treatment were better than that of the control group(P< 0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 100.0% ;that of the control group was 65.5% ;there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Salmeterol/fluticasone can relieve symptoms in the treatment of bronchial asthma quickly,and it has distinct curative effect,which is worthy of promotion.
