目的：探讨欣母沛联合米索前列醇预防产后出血的效果。方法：2012年2月-2014年5月收治产后出血高危因素产妇86例，随机分为对照组和观察组各43例。对照组产妇于分娩后给予米索前列醇0.4 mg预防治疗，观察组产妇于分娩后在口服米索前列醇的基础上给予欣母沛250μg治疗。治疗后观察两组产妇不同时间段的出血量及红细胞比容、血红蛋白的变化情况。结果：观察组产妇于产后2 h、产后24 h的出血量与对照组相比明显减少(P＜0.05)；观察组产妇红细胞比容、血红蛋白的降低幅度与对照组相比明显减少(P＜0.05)。结论：欣母沛联合米索前列醇能产生一定的协同作用，有效预防产妇产后出血，疗效显著，值得临床应用。
목적：탐토흔모패연합미색전렬순예방산후출혈적효과。방법：2012년2월-2014년5월수치산후출혈고위인소산부86례，수궤분위대조조화관찰조각43례。대조조산부우분면후급여미색전렬순0.4 mg예방치료，관찰조산부우분면후재구복미색전렬순적기출상급여흔모패250μg치료。치료후관찰량조산부불동시간단적출혈량급홍세포비용、혈홍단백적변화정황。결과：관찰조산부우산후2 h、산후24 h적출혈량여대조조상비명현감소(P＜0.05)；관찰조산부홍세포비용、혈홍단백적강저폭도여대조조상비명현감소(P＜0.05)。결론：흔모패연합미색전렬순능산생일정적협동작용，유효예방산부산후출혈，료효현저，치득림상응용。
Objective:To investigate the effect of hemabate combined with misoprostol to prevent postpartum hemorrhage.Methods:86 maternal with high risk factors of postpartum hemorrhage were selected from February 2012 to May 2014.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 43 cases in each.The control group were given misoprostol 0.4 mg after delivery for the prevention treatment,and the observation group were given hemabate 250 ?g after delivery based on the oral of misoprostol.After the treatment,we observed the amount of bleeding and the specific volume of red cell,the changes of hemoglobin between two groups in different time.Results:The amount of bleeding after 2h,24h of the postpartum of the observation group was significantly reduced compared with the control group(P<0.05);the hematocrit,hemoglobin of maternal in the observation group was significantly reduced compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hemabate combined with misoprostol can produce a certain synergy,effective prevention of postpartum hemorrhage,and it has a significant effect,so it is worthy of clinical application.
