Anterior ring of pelvis%Fracture%Operation approach
目的：探讨Stoppa入路治疗骨盆前环骨折的临床疗效。方法：采用Stoppa入路治疗骨盆前环骨折患者8例，均采用Stoppa入路进行前环钢板固定。应用Matta评分标准和Majeed骨盆骨折评分系统对骨折复位及术后功能进行评价。结果：Stoppa切口长10～14 cm(平均12 cm)，手术时间90～150 min(平均110 min)，术中出血量200～800 mL(平均400 mL)。根据Matta评分标准评定术后骨折复位情况，8例患者均获得满意复位。8例患者均获得术后随访，随访时间3～12个月(平均6.7个月)，根据Majeed骨盆骨折评分系统对所有8例患者进行术后疗效评价，优5例，良3例，随访时间＞6个月的患者6例均达到骨性愈合。结论：Stoppa入路损伤小、并发症发生率低、操作简便，术中出血量及手术时间明显减少，在治疗骨盆前环骨折时完全可以取代传统的Pfannenstiel入路及髂腹股沟入路，是安全有效的手术方式。

목적：탐토Stoppa입로치료골분전배골절적림상료효。방법：채용Stoppa입로치료골분전배골절환자8례，균채용Stoppa입로진행전배강판고정。응용Matta평분표준화Majeed골분골절평분계통대골절복위급술후공능진행평개。결과：Stoppa절구장10～14 cm(평균12 cm)，수술시간90～150 min(평균110 min)，술중출혈량200～800 mL(평균400 mL)。근거Matta평분표준평정술후골절복위정황，8례환자균획득만의복위。8례환자균획득술후수방，수방시간3～12개월(평균6.7개월)，근거Majeed골분골절평분계통대소유8례환자진행술후료효평개，우5례，량3례，수방시간＞6개월적환자6례균체도골성유합。결론：Stoppa입로손상소、병발증발생솔저、조작간편，술중출혈량급수술시간명현감소，재치료골분전배골절시완전가이취대전통적Pfannenstiel입로급가복고구입로，시안전유효적수술방식。
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of Stoppa approach in the treatment of anterior pelvic ring fracture. Methods:8 patients with anterior pelvic ring fracture treated by Stoppa approach were selected.All patients were treated with Stoppa approach of the anterior ring fixed by steel plates,and we evaluated fracture reduction and postoperative function with Matta standard and Majeed pelvic fracture score.Results:Stoppa incision length was 10 to 14 cm(average 12 cm);operation time was 90 to 150 min(average 110 min);the intraoperative blood loss was 200 to 800 mL(average 400 mL).According to the Matta standards,we assessed postoperative fracture reduction,and 8 cases obtained satisfactory reduction.8 patients were all followed up, and follow up time was 3 to 12 months(mean 6.7 months).According to the Majeed pelvic fracture score,we evaluated the postoperative curative effect on 8 cases of patients,5 cases were excellent;3 cases were good;6 cases were enrolled and followed up over 6 months.They all obtained bone union.Conclusion:The damage of Stoppa approach is small;the complication rate is low;the operation is simple;the amount of intraoperative bleeding and operation time is obviously reduced.In the treatment of anterior pelvic ring fractures,it can replace the traditional Pfannenstiel approach and Ilioinguinal approach.It is a safe operation.
