目的：由于近些年产房内早产儿抢救的存活率显著提高，因此使得存活的早产儿存在脑损伤的几率也在不断增长，并由此影响我国的新生儿质量以及总的人口质量。论文基于笔者的研究，对新生儿脑损伤防治的现状进行概述，讨论治疗及预防新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病等新生儿脑损伤的应用现状，旨在为临床上抢救或减少新生儿脑损伤程度提供实时依据。
目的：由于近些年產房內早產兒搶救的存活率顯著提高，因此使得存活的早產兒存在腦損傷的幾率也在不斷增長，併由此影響我國的新生兒質量以及總的人口質量。論文基于筆者的研究，對新生兒腦損傷防治的現狀進行概述，討論治療及預防新生兒缺氧缺血性腦病等新生兒腦損傷的應用現狀，旨在為臨床上搶救或減少新生兒腦損傷程度提供實時依據。
목적：유우근사년산방내조산인창구적존활솔현저제고，인차사득존활적조산인존재뇌손상적궤솔야재불단증장，병유차영향아국적신생인질량이급총적인구질량。논문기우필자적연구，대신생인뇌손상방치적현상진행개술，토론치료급예방신생인결양결혈성뇌병등신생인뇌손상적응용현상，지재위림상상창구혹감소신생인뇌손상정도제공실시의거。
In recent years,the survival rate of premature rescue in the delivery room has increased significantly,so the probability of cerebral injury in the survival premature infants is also growing,and these affect our neonatal quality and total population quality.This paper bases on the research of the author,it summarizes the prevention and control current situation of neonatal brain injury,and discusses the application current situation of treatment and prevention of neonatal brain injury,such as neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy and so on,in order to provide real-time basis for clinical salvage or reduce the extent of brain injury in neonates.
