目的:探讨儿科护理纠纷的原因及防范措施,以降低儿科护理纠纷的发生。方法:2013年3月-2014年2月儿科收治568例患儿。其中2013年3月-8月未采取防范措施期间诊治的患儿220例作为对照组,2013年8月-2014年2月采取防范措施后就诊的患儿348例作为观察组。对患儿存在的护理风险因素进行分析,比较两组患儿护理投诉情况和护理满意度,并总结切实有效的防范措施。结果:观察组护理投诉17例(4.9%),护理满意325例,护理满意度93.4%。对照组护理投诉48例(21.8%),护理满意166例,护理满意度75.5%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:了解和掌握导致儿科护理纠纷产生的原因,加强防范措施是降低儿科护理纠纷的关键。

Objective:To explore the reason analysis and preventive measures of nursing disputes in pediatrics in order to reduce the occurrence of nursing disputes in pediatrics.Methods:568 cases of pediatric patients from March 2013 to February 2014 were studied.220 cases of pediatric patients from March to August in 2013 as the control group were not taken preventive measures.348 cases of pediatric patients from August 2013 to February 2014 as the observation group were taken preventive measures.The nursing risk factors of pediatric patients were analyzed.The nursing complaints and satisfaction degree of the two groups were compared.The effective preventive measures were summarized.Results:17 cases of the observation group had the nursing complaints(4.9%);325 cases got the nursing satisfaction and the nursing satisfaction rate was 93.4%.48 cases of the observation group had the nursing complaints(21.8%);166 cases got nursing satisfaction and the nursing satisfaction rate was 75.5%.There was statistical significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Understanding and mastering the causes of the nursing disputes in pediatrics and strengthening preventive measures are the keys to reduce the nursing disputes in pediatrics.
